In summers we wear lose, light-coloured cotton clothes. Cotton clothes allow air to circulate freely and so the heat of the body escapes. White cotton clothes reflect heat and keep the body cool, they absorb sweat and skin irritation.

In winters, we wear thick, dark-coloured clothes made up of wool, fur or leather. They prevent our body from escaping heat and keeps the body warm.
