  1. The component X is hemoglobin, 2. Red blood cells(RBC) contain hemoglobin, 3. The mineral Y is Iron, 4. Spinach and Legumes contain Iron, 5. The disease Z is Anaemia. The major symptoms of anaemia are:  Weakness, Pale/Yellowish skin, dizziness, etc.

1) X is haemoglobin
2) RBC, ie, Red Blood Cells contain haemoglobin
3) Y is Iron
4) Lentils and Soyabean are rich in iron
5) Z is anaemia. Its symptoms are extreme fatigue, headache etc.
