It is due to condensation of water vapours present in air. Air contains water in the form of vapours, when it comes in contact of cool water bottle, it gets condense and converted into water droplets.

This droplets are due to condensation of water present in water vapour in air, the molecules of water in  water vapour in gaseous form give tgere kinetic energy to the chilled liquid and due to loss of energy come together to form liquid!! Please upvote

the water vapour present in air coming in contact with the cold bottle of water losses energy and gets converted to liquid state which we see a water droplets

As the bottle was in the fridge it's surface is cold. You know that the air around us contains some water vapour. When the cold surface of the bottle comes in contact with the water vapour present then the air condenses to form tiny droplets of water and we notice a puddle of water around the bottle.
