							Yes. We can recognize leaves without seeing them. ... If the plant has fibrous roots, then its leaves have parallel venation, and if the plant has tap roots, then its leaves have reticulate venation.

							Yes, there is a common link between the type of leaf venation and the type of roots in a state plant. If a plant has fibrous roots  then its leaves are likely to have parallel venation. And If a plant has tap root then its leaves are likely to have reticulate venation.
