Yes the uniform will dry quickly since the heat generated from heater or anghiti will cause the water to evaporate faster.

Yes spreading your uniform near anghiti or heater will help it to dry quickly, as the air around the cloth will become warmer which is then transferred to the water in clothes and the rate of evaporation increases.
