In this case, the changes cannot be reversed. This is because the cement that hardens up after getting wet cannot be obtained back.

no, it cannot be reversed.the cement solidifies and becomes hard due to a chemical process.Due to this process only, WHEN WE PUT WATER ON A WALL BUILT ,IT DOES NOT BECOME SOFT AND FALL DOWN.

No, because the cement after wet and dried it will be harder it can`t be retained to original power form
