Factors of 81 are 1, 3, 9, 27, 81 Factors of 16 are 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 Common factors = 1 Since, their common factor is 1. Hence, the given two numbers are co-prime

If two numbers are not having any common factor except 1
then they are the numbers may be even or odd that does not matter
So 81 and 16 are co-prime
