Uttar Pradesh is India's only landlocked state. It shares a border with eight states and one federal territory. Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi are the states involved.
