I believe you wanted to write 3/X not x3 and not 7/2y2 but 7/2y + 2
Plugging in the values as x=2 and y=3
We get
2/3 +6/3 +7/6 +2
= 8/3 +7/6 +2
=16/6+7/6+12/6
=16+7+12/6
=35/6
Which is approximately 5.83
