For this you need to know about the divisiblity Rule ,
Like in 1st queation
78_964 is divisible by 9
So, a no is divisible by 9 when the sum of all no is divisible by 9
let blank no be x
7+8+x+9+6+4 = 34 +x
so if x = 2
then 34+ 2 = 36 which is divisible by 9
So, in first question blank must be 2.
Likewise you need to analyse the blank no, according to divisiblity Rule.
