The formula for frequency is:

Frequency (f) = 1 / Period (T)

Where:

Frequency (f) is measured in Hertz (Hz), which represents the number of cycles or oscillations of a wave per second.
Period (T) is the time it takes for one complete cycle of a wave and is measured in seconds (s).
So, to calculate frequency, you can find the reciprocal of the period. If you know the period of a wave, you can calculate its frequency using the formula above.
