The organ that secretes bile juice is the liver. The liver produces bile, a greenish-yellow fluid that helps in the digestion and absorption of fats in the small intestine. Bile is then stored and concentrated in the gallbladder before being released into the small intestine when needed to aid in the digestion of dietary fats.
