The three ear ossicles are:

Malleus (hammer)
Incus (anvil)
Stapes (stirrup)
These tiny bones are located in the middle ear. Their function is to transmit and amplify sound vibrations from the outer ear to the inner ear. Specifically, the malleus receives vibrations from the tympanic membrane (eardrum) and transfers them to the incus, which in turn transfers them to the stapes. The stapes then transmits these vibrations to the oval window, which is the entrance to the inner ear, initiating the process of hearing.
