why is hydrogen peroxide stored in coloured bottles?

it is because when hydrogen peroxide is exposed to sunlight it gets decomposed.

Hydrogen peroxide is photosensetive and undergoes decomposition reaction with sunlight.

hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) stored in coloured bottles is store din coloured bottles becoz they do not allow light to pass through them so it prevents it from decomposition into water and oxygen
