The respiratory route of air in the respiratory tract is: Nostrils → nasal cavity →Pharynx → Larynx →Trachea → Bronchi → Bronchioles → Alveoli or air sacs. Therefore, out of the given options, option D 'Nostrils —> pharynx —> larynx —> trachea —> alveoli' is the most appropriate option.
