What is the difference between vector and scalar quantity. Please elaborate.

don’t take it much stress on just remember that vector is something which has magnitude (quantity) and direction means it describe the path but scaler do not define direction it only tells magnitude.. Revise it through NCERT and read examples it’ll serve you best ...

vector is nothing but which have both magnitude and direction
scalar quantity has only magnitude no direction
