What is the difference between evolution and speciation?

Hi
Evolution-->> It is a sequence of gradual change occuring since primitive organism.
It is basically the organic evolution.It is a sort of progressive process which helps in adaptation and it is still going on.
Speciation-->> It is a type of evolution which occur due to reproductive isolation (Geographical seperation) so as to adapt with new atmospheric conditions.

So, does evolution always forms new species? Or is it just a change in that particular species?

And yeah, evolution leads to speciation or speciation leads to evolution or neither of them lead to the other???

Q1. both cases are right.
Q2. Evolution leads to speciation. Speciation is one of the causes of evolution.
