The basic three electrical quantities are voltage, current, and resistance.

Voltage (V): Voltage, also known as electric potential difference, is a measure of the electric potential energy per unit charge. It represents the force that drives electric charges to flow in a circuit. Voltage is measured in volts (V) and is typically denoted by the symbol "V." It can be visualized as the "pressure" or "push" that causes electric charges to move through a circuit.

Current (I): Current refers to the flow of electric charges in a circuit. It is the rate at which electric charges pass through a given point in a conductor. Current is measured in amperes (A) and is denoted by the symbol "I." It can be imagined as the "flow" or "movement" of electric charges, similar to the flow of water in a pipe.

Resistance (R): Resistance is a property of a material or component that opposes the flow of electric current. It determines how easily or difficultly electric charges can pass through a conductor. Resistance is measured in ohms (Ω) and is denoted by the symbol "R." It can be envisioned as an obstruction to the flow of electric charges, analogous to the resistance experienced by water flowing through a narrow pipe.

These three quantities are related through Ohm's Law, which states that the current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to the voltage applied across it and inversely proportional to the resistance of the conductor. Mathematically, Ohm's Law can be expressed as V = I * R, where V represents voltage, I represents current, and R represents resistance.
