All the resistances are in parallel. So equivalent resistance is 6/9. Now acc. to ohms law-
V=iR
6=i 6/9
i=9 A
This is the answer but i am not sure about it.

As all resistors are in parallelthe net resistance will be
1/(1/3+1/6+1)
=2/3 ohm
Use ohms law 
I = v/r
R=2/3 ohm
V=8 V
I=8×3/2
I=12 A
