national standard examination will be conducted by IAPT IN various subject like physics , chemistry and biology , maths etc .
for that u need to have a good grasp of class 9th and 10th physics mainly ..
frst of all read your ncert , as the question setter comitee have decided the syllabus of that test to be from ncert books , after doing that there are books avaliable of MTG publication for NTSE preparation , go for the practice of that , and also there is a book of NSE physics by mtg ,
after that choose the previous year paper and practice that ,
then L;AST but not the least , read some recent physics invention like gravitational waves etc . they will also come in that exam .
the recommended book is s.chand physics and pradeep physics ,
u can also refer to the askiitian study material and self study package .
