In order to start your essay, you must brainstorm your topic first or create a MINDMAP OR PLAN.
Your essay should contain an Introductory paragraph that is 4-5 sentences long.
The main body of essay should be 3-4 short paragraphs
The Concluding paragraph should be 4-5 sentences
Proof read > edit your essay. Ask someone else to read it.
Make sure that your paragraphs flow easily by using linking words e.g. furthermore, however, similarly, comparatively, on the other hand etc. In your concluding paragraph never write, 'in conclusion' as that is stating the obvious. This website is helpful too.
