Concave mirror is one of the type of spherical mirror.It is also known as converging mirror as it tend to collect the light that falls on it.Concave mirror is the mirror whose reflecting surface is towards the centre of the sphere of which the mirror is a part.Such mirrors are used in head lights of car,search lights,dentist to focus the light on the tooth to be examined etc.
