sin theta + cosec thets = 2
 
sin theta +   1/ sin theta = 2
 
this is 2 if and only if sin theta = 1
 
then
also cosec theta= 1
 
hence
 
sin ^2 theta + cosec^2 theta = 1 + 1 = 2
