yes, ANY foreign national can give IIT JEE exam and secure a seat in the prestigious indian colleges subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. they dont need to give jee mains and can directly give JEE advanced. for detailed criteria, u can google “can foreigners give jee” and open link of aglasem website.
