I am aspiring for NTSE this year and my pcm percentage in 9th was 98.5 % . How can I crack the stage 2 ? What plan and resource shiuld I take (more probably free)?

You should buy arihant book for NTSE and practice past year papers. Also follow different coaching materials.
You should buy Pearson books for NTSE and practice past year papers. Also focus on SAT and MAT section because score of LAT is not added.
