they have only 1 path to come – so, they are coming .. 
actually semen and the urine are not coming simoultaneously , they must have to come in diffrent time . 
the function is done by urethra , and the semen areformed by the secretions of leydig and sertoli cells and they will releasethe semen directly into the urethral tract . 
and urine also forms and strored in the urinary bladder , so, that also comes via urethra .
