Dear student,
Two muscles work together to move a bone. For a movement to occur one of the muscles contracts to pull the bone while the other relaxes.
For example, lifting a dumbbell - While lifting, the biceps contract and the triceps relaxes.
So, the correct answer is 'Two'.
