if you are talking about askiitian video then that chapter is free of cost , i mean trial demo chapter , u can watch that chapter for free , but as its a part of copyright , u cannot download it . 
if u are intrested in the package and want to view the lectures in offline mode , then u can choose the askiitian offline mode package , in which u will get a pendrive as well as test series are free in that .
