Cbse board has a moderate level of difficulty and UP board is a little tough than the other because in final exam syllabus from both the classes i.e. 11th and 12th comes, so it totally depends upon how much capable you are to manage, whereas in cbse it's just 12th syllabus. Stay focused and study on a regular basis for at least 5 hrs, you do good in any of the boards. In my opinion go for cbse!
