1) Change in colour : Rusting of iron results in the change of iron from silver to reddish brown.
4Fe(III) + 3O2 = 2Fe2(III)O3

2) Change in state : Changing of (solid) ice into (liquid) water upon heating.
Ice (solid) = water (liquid)
