Can a object be placed on a pole of spherical mirror. If yes then why? If no why?

NO. The pole is inside the mirror or you can say on the mirror surface.

There is no meaning of placing a object near pole as it will become difficult to see the image of object after that. Then yu have to move away from mrror to see that object

We know,
1/u+1/v=1/f.
So. if you place the object at pole of the concave mirror, then u would be 0.
So, 1/u would be undefined.
So, literally you cannot place any object at the pole of a concave or convex mirror.
