Every book is having its own plus and minus. For concept building RD Sharma is undoubtedly the best as you will get to see the sums in a level manner, easiest being the first and toughtest being the last. Its a kind of handbook which teaches you the entire concept if you solve all the examples first and then the exercise. On the other hand, RS Agarwal and ML Agarwal are good practice books with variety of sums in it.
