Study the theory first and than start solving problems. Start the problems from basic and than move ahead.
Pick any one book for JEE and try to solve al;l the questions from that book./
Pick only one chapter at a time.
Make a concise notes that you are going to refer while solving questions.
Refering them again & again will help u in remembring them.
