DRAW ASECANT SAY PAB TO INTERSECT THE CIRCLE AT A AND B
PRODUCE AP TO POINT C SUCH THAT PA=PC
WITH BC AS DIAMETER DRAW A SEMICIRCLE
DRAW PO PERPENDICULAR CB,INTERSECTING SEMICIRCLE AT O.
TAKING PO AS RADIUS AND P AS CENTER DRAW ARC TO INTERSECT THE CIRCLE SAY AT T AND T’
JOIN PT AND PT’.WHICH ARE THE TANGENTS.
