You need to prepare for olympiads like NTSE, IMO NSO etc. which will form foundation of you r JEE prep. Visit askiitians.com to check list of books you need to refer.

in class 10 just u need to read the ncert textbooks clearly , thats enough for building a strong foundation , and also u can take part in olympiad and ntse exams , and keep in mind 1 thing that whatever u study do understand the core concept behind it , dnt rott anything . 
spend some more time in practicing maths as they are imp from 10th exam point of view , and try to score the best cgpa in class 10 also .. 
for chemistry i am suggesting the following 
1- s. chand chemistry foundation 
2- science ncert textbook . 
3- chemistry foundation builder by mtg publication
