Since , the given number divides 645 and 790, leaving remainder 7 in each case ,
 
therefore , the number must exactly divide 645-7=638 and 790-7=783.
 
there fore ,the requiered number is HCF of 638 and 783.
 
as you  can find out, that HCF OF 638 and 783 = 29.
 
therefore , requiered answer is 29.
