we will use the formula: y – y1= [(y2 – y1)/(x2 – x1)]*(x – x1) here, x1= a, y1= b and x2= a+b, y2= a – b so, substitute these values to get the eqn as a^2 + by= b^2 + x(a – 2b) + 2ab kindly approve :=)
