find all prime numbers p for which there are integers x and y satisfying p+1=2 x^2 and p^2+1=2y^2

On evaluating and checking for all prime numbers ,  it is concluded that prime number 7 wil satisfy the both equation 
in which the x and y should be an integer.
so, value of p comes out to be 7.
