alleged negligence; this was claimed to be one in a series of deaths due to bad facilities.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Additionally, there were insinuations of irregularities against the Director Dr. MD Tiwari and extremely negative reports about the living conditions in the Naini hostel. \u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0Since then the Director being replaced and the hostel being changed.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 There was also a report of sexual assault against a Head of Department.\u00c3\u201a\u00c2\u00a0 Students must take these factors into account when deciding whether to
