Know if you make it to the admit list or the waitlist for BITSAT 2014 on July 1!

BITS is scheduled to declare the admit list and waitlist for BITSAT 2014 (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test) on July 1, Tuesday on its official website.

The last date to apply for the admissions at BITS with Class 12 marks and Preferences for the degree programmes is June 30, Monday. Students can apply till 5 PM on the day. In order to be eligible, students should have passed their class 12th examination in 2014 or 2013 along with appearing for BITSAT 2014.

Two separate merit lists will be prepared by the institute- one for B.Pharma (Hons.) and the other for all the other programmes. If there is a tie in the scores of two or more students, then their marks in Mathematics or Biology (for B.Pharma) in BITSAT will be considered for tie-breaker. In case, there is still no resolution to the tie, their scores in Physics in BITSAT will be taken into account to break the tie. Chemistry scores will be considered in the case of a further tie and lastly total marks in PCM or PCB (for B. Pharma) in Class 12 examination will be taken to break the tie.
