Examination Centers

Other than the Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses, where a large number of students are expected to take the test, the Institute is also planning to facilitate students to take the BITSAT test at various test centers across India. The planned test centers are situated in the following cities.

Candidates can choose the centers from within India or Dubai. Candidates choosing centers within India will be given three preferences, out of which one will be allotted. However, a candidate choosing Dubai as a center will not be given any other center preference and will be allotted the Dubai center.

• The final list and the operating days at each center in India and Dubai will depend on the number of applicants and their preferences for the centers.

• Candidates will be informed of the final list only after all the applications are received.

• Candidates will be informed through the BITS website. This is done so that the candidates can choose the date for the test as per their convenience and availability of slots at any of these centers.

• Interested candidates can register their names for BITSAT-2019 by applying through the prescribed application form which can be downloaded online. 

How to Apply

• Students are required to complete the details on the application form online at Bits Admission and are also to pay the prescribed fees.

• While filling the form, applicants are required to pay the prescribed application fee of Rs. 2950 for male candidates and Rs. 2450/- for female candidates via e-challan, net-banking or credit card. The fee can be paid in online or offline mode as per the convenience of the applicant.

• Students are also required to generate the print out of the completely filled application form for future reference.

• The application form along with the prescribed fee must be submitted before End of the 1^st week of, March 2019 to the following address - Admissions Officer, BITS Pilani – 333 031.

• Application fee will be US $ 70 (or Indian Rs. 4500) for both male and female candidates choosing Dubai as a test center. Details regarding the payment of fee are available at the website.

The last date to apply for BITSAT along with submission of application fee is 1^st week of, March 2019. Candidates are also required to fill in an additional form for admission into BITS providing details of their class XII marks along with the list of degree courses. The information regarding the application form, list of programs offered etc. will be available on the official website from 3^rd to Last week of May, 2019.
