Online counselling process for Odisha JEE based on JEE 2019 rank has started from 3rd week of June. Counselling for the admissions for engineering on the basis of JEE Main will take place simultaneously along with other undergraduate and post-graduate professional courses such as first-year bachelor’s degree programme in pharmacy, ayurveda, homeopathy, master’s in computer application (MCA), business administration (MBA), PGDM, PGCM, PGDM (Executive), which would be on the basis of state-level score for OJEE.
The final merit list willgive a 40% weightage to Class 12 marks and 60% to the JEE Main score. Odisha has joined the JEE Main examination for the first time this year for engineering engineering students. 39,747 candidates have registered for OJEE this year and nearly 45,000 students have been allotted a state rank by the JEE Main. Nodal centres will begin the document verification from July 16 to 19, 2019. Provisional results for the first round of counselling will be announced on July 21.

Candidates have to fill their JEE Main 2019: Roll No, Registration No, Date of Birth and the 16 digit barcode in the Rank Card for Registration.
Candidates must choose their password and fill the particulars. Note: Only those students who have qualified the JEE 2019 are eligible for admission through Odisha JEE 2019.
Odisha JEE 2019 Online Choice Filling:
For the login id, students have to use their roll number, the generated password and the 16 digit barcode to log in. Choices must be carefully decided and entered by the candidates.
Reporting at Nodal Centre: This comprises of the following:
Counselling Fee: of Rs 450– An Account Payee Draft for the counselling fee of Rs 450 for the Odisha JEE 2019 has to be paid in favour of “OJEE 2019”. The draft should be drawn on any Scheduled Bank payable at Bhubaneswar.
University Registration Fee of Rs 5000–An Account Payee Draft for a non-refundable University Registration Fee of Rs 5000 has to be paid in favour of “OJEE 2019”. The draft should be drawn on any Scheduled Bank payable at Bhubaneswar. Note: A single time counselling fee and university registration fees are to be deposited irrespective of the number of candidates’ choices.
All Document Verification: Candidates need to produce the following documents for the purpose of verification. They should get along with themselves original certificates and 2 sets of photocopies for submission at the nodal centre.

H.S.C. or any other relevant certificate showing the date of birth
10 + 2 Pass certificate
10 + 2 Mark Sheet
School Leaving / College Leaving Certificate
Original Green Card issued by Family Welfare Department of Odisha

Domicile Certificate
Defence Service Certificate
Caste Validity Certificate
Non Creamy Layer certificate
Caste certificate if applicable
School leaving certificate / Certificate of Indian Nationality/ Indian Passport in the name of the candidate

Locking of final choice:Post the document verification and payment of University Registration Fee, locking of final choices will be done at the nodal centres. Final choice locking should be done by candidate before leaving the nodal centre. Printout of the locked choices with candidate’s signature and nodal officer’s signature should be taken before leaving the nodal centre.
Odisha JEE 2019 Provisional Seat Allotment: After processing the candidate’s final locked choices and the merit rank as against the available seats, provisional seats will be allotted. Students will be intimated via SMS and also through the website. Withdrawal Candidates can withdraw by filling up a withdrawal form at the nodal centre. The account payee cheque will be returned to the candidate after deducting the processing fee that was paid by the candidate earlier.
Odisha JEE 2019 Final Allotment:The website will display the final allotment letters for download by the students. Candidates will also receive an SMS in this regard.
Reporting at the Final Allotted Institute: Candidates have to report at the institute within 3 working days (from the publication of the final allotment list) along with their downloaded final allotment letter.
