According to him more weightage must be given to plus two exams. This is a proposed plan likely to be effect from academic session of 2010-2011, which says "the students who will be scoring 80% or will be eligible to appear for Joint entrance examination (IIT JEE) for the admission to the prestigious institutes of technologies".
