conditional reabsorption are simmilar to tubular reabsorption , as its happening on DCT , 
that means the process by which the solutes and water are removed , from the tubular fluid and transported to the blood .

Conditional Reabsorption means reabsorption under certain condition.... Conditions are :1)When aldosterone acts on DCT, DCT will reabsorb Na+2)When ADH or vassopressin acts on DCT, DCT will reabsorb water...Hope this makes the word conditional more clearer thanksKindly upvote if u r satisfied
