Monophyodont is the first set of teeth that comes in children. A normal adult have 2123/2123 dental formula. In the half of upper jaw/lower jaw 2-insisors, 1-canine, 2-premolar and 3-molar. A child don’t have any premolars, and we attain our 1 molar each on each half of upper jaw /lower jaw. So a child have only the following in one half of a jaw,
2-INSISORS
1-CANINE
0-PREMOLAR
2-MOLAR
Thus a child have a dental formula of: 2102/2102

Human babies consist of 20 milk/temporary/deciduous teeth. The dental formula for which is 2102/2102. This is because each quadrant of jaw consists 2 incisors,1 canine, no premolars and 2 molars (1st and 2nd). While in adult (permanent/adult teeth), the dental formula becomes 2123/2123. This is because each quadrant consists 2 incisors, 1 canine, 2 premolars (1st and 2nd) and 3 molars (1st,2nd and 3rd) 3rd molar appears at later stage of life after18 years of age called wisdom tooth. Now, coming to monophydont (teeth appearing just once in lifetime) and diphydont dentition (teeth appearing twice in lifetime). Since, in humans teeth occur two times, it is generally referred as diphyodont dentition.Coming to the question, how monophydont then occurs in humans, see, as we have 20 teeth in infant and 32 in adult. The 20 teeth out of 32 in adult are the same as the 20 in infant and hence these come twice in lifetime, these are diphyodont and tge remaining 12 out of 32 that appears for the very first time later only occur in adult and were never the part of milk teeth in adult and hence these are monophyodont and in your question only demtal formula for monophydont dentition is asked. The 20 out of 32 (diphyodont) in adults include incisors, canines, 1st and 2nd molars. And the 12 out of 32 (monophyodont) in adults include 1st and 2nd premolars and 3rs molar. Therefore the dental formula for monophyodont teeth in humans comes out to be 0021/0021. (No incisors, no canines, 1st and 2nd premolars and 3rd molars.)Hope that helps! :)
