Dear Student,
First of all there is some issue with the diagram since ½ and ¼ satisfy the given equation of parabola and they should have been on it.
Assuming they are the point on the parabola and the ray is passing through the same point, the tangent at that point is
yy1=2a(x+x1)
=>y/4=2/4x(x+1/2)
=>y=2x+1

Slope=tanq=2
q= Angle it makes with the x-axis = tan-12

Geometrically solving you will get the reflecting angle should be equal to the slope of the tangent.
Angle of reflection= tan-12=63.43⁰
