Well time period= 2*3.14* (l/g)^(1/2);
So to make it maximum
We have to increase the lenghth(l) and decrease the value of g
As the rest elements are constants.

As the value of g decreases as we move above the sea level and by far we are considering earth so highest point above sea level is 8848m (MT EVEREST).
So move your pendulum to that point and make its length as large as possible.Hypothetically it can be as large as the diameter of earth :)
