```										Dear Tapasranjan
let the density of the material is ?
so mass per unit length (µ) =??r^2
f=1/2L v(T/µ)
=1/2L v(T/??r^2)
now mass per unit length for second wire =??(2r)^2 =4??r^2
f' =1/4L v(2T/4??r^2)
= f/2v2
Please feel free to post as many doubts on our discussion forum as you can.
If you find any question Difficult to understand - post it here and we will get you the answer and detailed solution very quickly.
All the best.
calculate the frequency of the fundamental note produced by a string 1 m long and weighing 2 g kept stretched by a load 400 kg
the fundamental frequency is =[(200000)^1/2]/2 =223.6 hz I think iam correct. if u have any further doubts please post them. thank u.
direct substitution answer.. :) f=?, l=1m, T(tension)=400N, m(=mass/length)=2*10 -3 ...substitute..u get the answer.. :)
We are lucky that the earth is not in thermal equilibrium with the sun (which has a surface temperature of 5800K). But why are not the two bodies in thermal equilibrium?
Reasons: The sun takes very smaller amount of region of earth and is at thermal eqm. at that only part of portion. As a result, maximum part of the earth is cooler. There is always heat...
