collinear vector are those vector which lie on same line   & angle between them is zero but if you are talking about non collinear then the vector cane be intersecting & angle between them is never zero

Non collinear vectors can have any angle other than 0°(360°)and180° between them.Collinear vectors lie on same axis ,at same or opp.directions.The sum of 2collinear vectors of same magnitude F can be 0at opp directions and 2F at same direction
