scalar product is basically the product of two vectors and the cos of the angle between them.
suppose ntwo vectors A and B its scalar or dot product will be A*Bcos (theta) where theta is the angle between them.
just we are adding two numbers such as 1and 2 gives 3 it is as simple as that vector addition
the difference is that there is amethod to add the vectors becuase in this we are adding two vectorys in which angle between them has to be taken into account.
suppose two vector
A + B==underroot A^2 +B^2 +2ABcos theta
in case of substraction put negative sign in place of positive in 2ABcostheta
thanks and regards
